To Whom it May Concern,

Very rarely will a business person go out of their way to help a customer--especially someone else's customer.  However, that is what happened to my daughter and me.

We had ordered a wedding dress for my daughter from I Do I Do Bridal in Chesterfield, Missouri in December 2008.  After months of apparently many customers being misled and deliberately lied to,  that company closed and was bought by Jenna and Sunny who now call their new bridal store Happily Ever After Bridal at the same Chesterfield address.

Even though Jenna and Sunny were not a part of the original business when we ordered the wedding dress, they took on the responsibility of making sure my daughter got her dress before her wedding.  This was no small feat since the previous owner had not ordered the dress until sometime in June for an early October wedding and had not paid a penny on it.  The dress was held at the wholesaler's until Jenna and Sunny paid the full cost of the dress personally and had it shipped immediately.  Today is September 9, 2009, and the wedding is October 3, 2009, and we finally have the dress in our possession.

This new business, Happily Ever After Bridal, needs to have many kudos sent their way.  Unlike the previous owner, I would trust these people to do things right and highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a wedding dress.
